Four offensive linemen the Giants could be targeting in the first round (assuming that USC's Tyron Smith is not within reach because the Giants pick 19th):

1 MIKE

POUNCEY

Florida, 6-5, 303

Can play guard or center but Giants would likely have him at center . . . Twin of Maurkice Pouncey, a first-round pick of the Steelers in 2010 and a second-team All-Pro as a rookie . . . Had troubles snapping the ball early last season after moving from guard.

2 ANTHONY

CASTONZOBoston College, 6-7, 311Has been called the draft's most polished tackle . . . Four-year starter at BC after not being recruited by D-I programs . . . Reportedly scored 41 (out of 50) on Wonderlic at combine . . . Giants offensive line coach Pat Flaherty ran his pro day workout.

3 NATE SOLDER

Colorado, 6-8, 319Converted tight end still has the athleticism of a skill position player . . . Could be the "dancing bear" type of tackle GM Jerry Reese likes . . . His height could give him trouble with smaller pass rushers . . . Some scouts believe he still could add 25-30 pounds without losing quickness.

4 GABE CARIMI

Wisconsin, 6-7, 314

Not as much a true athlete as Castonzo or Solder, but a strong, ferocious blocker who could play tackle or guard . . . Proclaimed himself "the No. 1 tackle" during interviews at the combine.
