The Seahawks had 10 players sit out practice on Wednesday. Today they had six of them not practicing, although that doesn't count the biggie: QB Matt Hasselbeck who has been ruled OUT.

Looking for good news, Seattle? Starting center Chris Spencer (neck) returned to practice with a neck injury and safety Jordan Babineaux, who was limited on Wednesday with an illness, worked fully today as well.
