PHOENIX — The NFL has officially washed its hands of Steve Tisch and his presence in the Epstein files with commissioner Roger Goodell saying on Tuesday that he and his two siblings are “no longer owners” of the Giants.

“We have not found anything that is a violation [of the league’s personal conduct policy] at this stage,” Goodell said at the league’s annual meeting.

At the Super Bowl in February, shortly after emails were revealed between Tisch and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein in which they discussed adult women, Goodell said the league would “follow the facts” to determine if Tisch’s actions even required an investigation.

“We have been doing that,” Goodell said on Tuesday. “We have been very focused on making sure we understand everything that is out there. We have engaged with others to make sure we have that information.”

Goodell then noted that the Tisches made recent “transactions as part of their estate planning” that put their share of the Giants — 45% of the franchise — in a trust for their children.

The Giants’ website still lists Steve Tisch as the team’s executive vice president and chairman, his brother Jonathan as the team treasurer, and their sister Laurie as the board director.
