Justin Tuck, who was listed as questionable for the game, made the trip to Washington with the Giants today. Tuck had been battling lingering symptoms from a neck stinger he suffered nearly two weeks ago and did not practice on Thursday. He was limited in practice on Friday but is expected to play.
In a totally unrelated move (ahem), the Giants put LB Jonathan Goff on injured reserve today and elevated Justin Trattou from the practice squad. Trattou plays the same position Tuck does, though the Giants probably hope he won't have to against the Redskins. More likely, Trattou will help with some depth and likely take some of Greg Jones' special teams roles.
Trattou becomes the 11th rookie and fourth undrafted rookie on the team.
The only two Giants who didn't take the choo choo ride down to Washington were Prince Amukamara (foot) and Osi Umenyioa (knee).
