Tuck still not ready to practice

In non-middle linebacker news, Justin Tuck did not practice today.

He was on the field and even participated in one or two slow-motion drills, but Tom Coughlin said he is still bothered by the neck stinger he suffered last Monday against the Jets.

Coughlin had said earlier this week that Wednesday would be a better day for Tuck to begin practicing. It apparently wasn't.

"He’s better, he’s feeling better," Coughlin said, "but he’s not going to go today."

Along with Tuck, other Giants not practicing today were Prince Amukamara (foot), Osi Umenyiora (knee) and obviously Jonathan Goff (knee). Tuck is still expected to play on Sunday.
