$uper Bowl tickets still high
Super Bowl ticket prices always drift downward as the big game nears, but so far there are not many bargains on the secondary market.
According to our friends at TiqIQ, average asking price as of Saturday morning was $3,316.24, and the get-in price was $1,746.
Those figures are down 9.14 percent and 22.74 percent, respectively, from last year, even though Cowboys Stadium's seating capacity is about 50 percent larger than Lucas Oil Stadium's.
(UPDATE! Since I first posted this item, the market is starting to soften a bit.)
