You can bet your Beanie he's playing

Here's what Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt had to say about running back Beanie Wells's status for tomorrow during his weekly interview on SiriusXM NFL Radio:

"He's chomping at the bit to play. I expect that, barring something coming up that we don't know about, that he'll be able to go tomorrow. Now, does that mean he's going to be able to have 30 carries? We'll see. That's what you don't know. But I think that he'll go out and work out on the field just to make sure. The thing that you want to be certain about is if he does open it up that it's not going to pull. So he's got to feel comfortable with that. But he felt good yesterday, got a lot more reps in practice and barring something happening that I don't know about right now I expect him to play. So that's good for us, to get Beanie back because he was really playing well for us before he had the hamstring issue."

Which of course begs the question: When will Tom Coughlin get a weekly interview on SiriusXM NFL Radio???
