Looks like Antonio Cromartie isn't the only cornerback the Jets will need to replace.

Isaiah Trufant has agreed to terms with the Cleveland Browns, his agent Doug Hendrickson announced on Twitter. Trufant will be reunited with former defensive coordinator Mike Pettine, who is now the Browns head coach.

Trufant, an undrafted free agent, played four seasons with the Jets.
