The Kansas City Star is reporting the Chiefs have hired Jets linebackers coach Bob Sutton.
The Chiefs recently asked, and received, permission to interview the 61-year-old Sutton, who has spent the past 13 seasons as the Jets' linebackers coach. Prior to that, he was the team's defensive coordinator from 2006-2008.
The Chiefs hired former Eagles coach Andy Reid.
