Clinkscales to be Raiders Director of Personnel
Former Jets executive Joey Clinkscales will be Oakland's Director of Personnel, according to ESPN Adam Schefter.
Clinkscales, who was the Jets' vice president of college scouting, reportedly will oversee pro and college operations for the Raiders.
Assistant director of college scouting Michael Davis is the likely frontrunner for Clinkscales old job. Davis, a Virginia State graduate, has been with the organization over 15 years and worked as a scout from his Richmond-area home.
