Early practice report

Calvin Pace -- donned in pads and a helmet -- participated in position drills in the Jets indoor facility, but the outside linebacker, who's been sidelined after undergoing foot surgery, appeared to be limited.

Cornerback Darrelle Revis (hamstring), linebacker Jamaal Westerman (ankle) and tackle Wayne Hunter (shin) did not practice.

There was no sign of right tackle Damien Woody, who Rex Ryan said was excused from Wednesday's practice due to a personal issue.
