Falcons rule out RB Steven Jackson

In an expected move, Falcons coach Mike Smith has ruled out running back Steven Jackson for Monday night's game against the Jets.
Jackson hasn't played since Week 2 because of a hamstring injury and did not practice all week.
Earlier in the week, the Falcons (1-3) ruled out left tackle Sam Baker (knee) and linebacker Akeem Dent (sprained right ankle) for the game.
