Mike Goodson officially is a Jet.

The running back was moved to the active roster on Saturday after completing his four-game suspension for an offseason arrest. The Jets are anxious to see Goodson showcase his speed on the field, but how much work he’ll get Monday night against the Falcons remains to be seen.

Goodson – who already was being eased into the flow of things – suffered hamstring “tightness” during Friday’s practice, according to Rex Ryan.

The Jets also promoted wide receiver Michael Campbell from the practice squad to the 53-man roster. In corresponding moves, the Jets released linebacker Ricky Sapp and rookie receiver, and Jersey native, Ryan Spadola from the active roster.

With Santonio Holmes expected to miss at least a few weeks, the Jets’ receiving corps currently consists of Campbell, Jeremy Kerley, Clyde Gates and the newly-signed David Nelson.

There’s a chance second-year wideout Stephen Hill (concussion) is medically cleared to play by the time the Jets fly down to Atlanta. The Georgia Tech grad, who wore a red non-contact pinnie Friday, was limited in practice. Afterward, Hill told reporters “I am ready to play any time they give me a heads-up.”

Asked about Hill’s game-time status during an interview with Newsday, receiver coach Sanjay Lal said: “In his mind, he has to be out there.”
