John Idzik’s front-office shakeup continues.

The team announced Monday morning that Idzik has hired Rod Graves as his new Senior Director of Football Administration. Graves, the former Cardinals general manager, has been friends with Idzik for almost four decades. The two were ball boys for the Eagles when their fathers – Jackie Graves and John Idzik – worked for the organization.

The Jets have also promoted Matt Bazirgan to Assistant Director of Pro Personnel. Previously, he served as their West Coast Scouting Supervisor from June 2010 to May 2013, focusing primarily on colleges in Colorado, Utah, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas.

In other news, former Jets cornerback Aaron Glenn, David Boller, David Hinson and Christopher Prescott have been named as area scouts and Rick Courtright has been named NFS College Scout.
