Inactives for today's game vs. Raiders

We're a little more than an hour away from kickoff here at O.co Coliseum. It's overcast and a bit misty, but overall not a bad day weather-wise.
You already know Nick Mangold's 82-game regular season streak comes to an end due to that high ankle sprain. Here are the others who won't play today for the Jets: QB Kevin O'Connell, WR Logan Payne, S Emanuel Cook, RB Bilal Powell, OL Robert Turner, and DT Kenrick Ellis.
That makes three straight games where Ellis, who was drafted in the third round, isn't active. Hmmmm.
As for the Raiders inactives, they are WRs Jacoby Ford, Louis Murphy and Nick Miller, CB DeMarcus VanDyke, S Mike Mitchell, T Stephon Heyer and TE David Ausberry won't suit up.
