Inside the Jets war room: Davis call

The Jets posted a clip of their draft day phone call with Arkansas St. linebacker Demario Davis on their official web site and on their Facebook page.
In the brief clip, Mike Tannenbaum tells Davis he did a great job during his visit with the Jets and adds “We just want you to be yourself and work hard.”
He hands the phone to team owner Woody Johnson, who asks Davis “Are you excited? You’re coming to the Big Apple.”
Jets head coach Rex Ryan is the last person to speak to the linebacker in the clip.
“Get ready buddy, you’re a Jet,” a smiling Ryan tells Davis. “...All we want is everything you got.”
