Zach Wilson’s second NFL season will begin at home against former NFL MVP Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens.

The NFL schedules were released Thursday night and the Jets open with a difficult game against linebacker C.J. Mosley’s old team. The Sept. 11 game at MetLife Stadium will be Mosley’s first time facing Baltimore, where he spent the first five years of his career.

It also will be the first games for the Jets’ vaunted rookie class. General manager Joe Douglas earned rave reviews after drafting Sauce Gardner, Garrett Wilson and Jermaine Johnson in the first round, Breece Hall in the second round and Lindenhurst’s Jeremy Ruckert in the third round.

The Jets improved at a number of positions this offseason as they look to snap the NFL's longest current streak of missing the playoffs — 11 seasons. But coming off a 4-13 record in Robert Saleh’s first year as head coach, the Jets still aren’t must-see TV. They only have one prime-time game, Thursday night, Dec. 22 at home against the Jacksonville Jaguars. It’s the Jets’ home finale. It also will be the second game that Trevor Lawrence and Wilson play against each other. The No. 1 and 2 overall picks last year faced off last year at MetLife Stadium in a game the Jets won.

The Jets will play nine of their 17 games on the road.

They kick off their away schedule in Week 2 at Cleveland, but they may not face new Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson. He could be suspended stemming from civil lawsuits by 22 women accusing Watson of sexual misconduct.

The Jets’ first four games are against the AFC North. They host the defending AFC champion Cincinnati Bengals in Week 3 and are at Pittsburgh in Week 4.

They return home for their first division game in Week 5 and play the Dolphins and Tyreek Hill, who spurned the Jets and signed with Miami after being traded from Kansas City.

The next two games are on the road and against elite quarterbacks — Aaron Rodgers and Green Bay and Russell Wilson and Denver. The Jets return home for back-to-back AFC East clashes against the Patriots and Bills.

The Jets have gone winless in the division the last two seasons.

Following their Week 10 bye, the Jets travel to New England, where they haven’t won a regular-season game since 2008. The Jets play the Bears at MetLife the following week before two straight road games at Minnesota and Buffalo. The Lions and second overall pick Aiden Hutchinson visit MetLife on Dec. 18.

The Jets end the season with back-to-back road games at Seattle on New Year’s Day and at Miami the following weekend.
