Mike McCarthy, former Packers coach
A Super Bowl winner who did excellent work with Brett Favre and then Aaron Rodgers, McCarthy is under consideration in Cleveland, where he has connections with general manager John Dorsey and assistant GM Eliot Wolf.
Matt LaFleur, Titans offensive coordinator
LaFleur did a solid job calling plays under first-year head coach Mike Vrabel.
Jim Caldwell, former Lions and Colts coach
Fired by the Lions after the 2017 season, he took a year off and is ready to return to the sideline. Caldwell took the Indianapolis Colts to the Super Bowl when Peyton Manning was the team’s quarterback.
Eric Bieniemy, Chiefs offensive coordinator
Andy Reid calls the plays for the Chiefs’ offense, but Bieniemy, a former NFL running back, was elevated to offensive coordinator this year after serving as running backs coach.
Zac Taylor, Rams quarterbacks coach

Todd Monken, Bucs offensive coordinator
Monken has been the offensive coordinator under Dirk Koetter, who was fired on Sunday. Despite quarterback issues with Ryan Fitzpatrick and Jameis Winston, Tampa Bay finished 12th in the NFL in points and third in total yards.

Kris Richard, Cowboys passing game coordinator/defensive backs coach
A former NFL defensive back, Richard joined the Cowboys in 2018 after three years as defensive coordinator under Pete Carroll in Seattle.
Bob Glauber retired in 2022 after covering the NFL for nearly 40 years. He was selected in 2021 for the Bill Nunn Career Achievement Award by the Pro Football Writers of America, and is a three-time winner of the New York State Sportswriter of the Year by the National Sports Media Association. President of the PFWA for the 2018-20 seasons, he is the author of “The Forgotten First” and “Guts and Genius.”
