3) THE PRESSURE IS ON THE COLTS TO WIN

Considering the way the Colts sneaked into the playoffs by winning their last four in a row, it may sound strange that to say there's more pressure on them. But they have been one of the NFL's best teams for a decade, they have Peyton Manning and a litany of other players with championship pedigrees and they have home field advantage. Even the bookies like the Colts, who they made a three-point favorite. If the Jets come out loose, it could help them get off to a fast start. Credit: AP

In his daily media briefing after practice on Thursday, Jets coach Rex Ryan said the team has moved its departure up a couple of hours to 1:30 p.m. Friday to make sure to avoid any complications from a predicted snowstorm. Ryan also continued to emphasize how well quarterback Mark Sanchez has performed all week in practice despite a sore throwing shoulder that might require offseason surgery.

"He was zipping the ball around and all that," Ryan said of Sanchez. "He feels great, he was throwing the ball great today. No excuses. They're going to get us at our best."

The only other major lineup question is whether Damien Woody, who is coming off arthroscopic knee surgery, or Wayne Hunter will start at right tackle. The two have rotated with the first unit in practice.

"We'll make that call later," Ryan said. "I'll defer to [offensive line coach] Bill Callahan on that. We'll put what we think is the best guy."

Told that Woody said he expects to start, Ryan replied, "Well, there you have it."

Ryan said everybody on the jets' injury list is available to play whether they were limited in today's practice or not. Here's the full list:

Limited: S James Ihedigbo (knee/ankle), DT Sione Pouha (back), DT Trevor Pryce (hip), CB Darrelle Revis (hamstring), QB Mark Sanchez (shoulder), OLB Bryan Thomas (ankle), OT Damien Woody (knee). Full: CB Antonio Cromartie (groin), DE Shaun Ellis (back), Santonio Holmes (quad), C Nick Mangold (shoulder), OG Matt Slauson (thumb), S Eric Smith (concussion), and OT Robert Turner (thumb).

After reading the injuries, Ryan added, "The other thing about Sanchez is that I'd like to put down "pimple, limited." The coach said it had to do with a running joke at practice that he couldn't divulge.
