If you weren't playing football, what do you think you'd be doing?

"In college I kind of wanted to work border patrol out in San Diego. Then try to transfer into the FBI.''

Why did that interest you?

"Ever since I was 11, when I had an FBI agent knock on my door looking for somebody that was related to neighbors. The guy they were looking for was from Kentucky, but his second cousin lived next door, or something like that. Somehow the FBI thought he was up here [in Ohio]. I was getting ready to go to school. It was weird. I thought I was in trouble. I guess after he came to the door, I started looking into it more and then it became interesting the older I got."

If the Jets weren't one of the last four teams standing, which quarterback - Brett Favre, Peyton Manning or Drew Brees - would you be rooting for right now?

"Probably Brett Favre. He was here for a little while and I got to know him. He's a good guy, real funny. A great guy to be around. So I'd probably root for him."

I know we shouldn't get ahead of ourselves, but what happens if the Jets end up facing Minnesota in the Super Bowl?

"I think it'll be a good story."

As long as the Jets win, right?

"Right."
