Jets reportedly interviewing Browns’ Davis
The Jets are interviewing Browns linebackers coach Billy Davis today for the same position, according to the New York Post.
Former Jets assistant head coach/linebackers coach Bob Sutton was recently named the Chief's new defensive coordinator.
Davis has spent the past two seasons in Cleveland, but he currently is not listed on the team’s web site as a member of the coaching staff. Earlier today, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Davis interviewed for the Eagles defensive coordinator position on Sunday.
He previously was a DC for the 49ers in 2005 and 2006 and held the same job in Arizona in 2009 and 2010.
