Notable: After starting just five times in his first three seasons and totaling 933 yards, he burst onto the scene as a senior. He rushed for for 1,405 yards -- second only to Howard Stevens' single-season school record of 1,429 yards in 1971 -- and ran for 11 TDs . . . Averaged 117 yards per game and rattled off an impressive, highlight-reel 85-yard touchdown against Cincinnati.

Notable: Finished second in program history in return yards with 2,305, as well as punt return yardage (1,299), and fifth in kickoff return yards (1,006) . . .
