The Jets could be active at the trade deadline, but they’re not expected to deal unhappy receiver Elijah Moore.

Robert Saleh said “yep” Monday when asked if he expects Moore to be a Jet after Tuesday’s 4 p.m. deadline.

Moore has been unhappy with his lack of targets and requested a trade less than two weeks ago. Saleh has been consistent in saying the Jets won’t move the talented wide receiver, who has only one catch in the last three games he’s played. Moore was thrown to just once in Sunday’s loss to New England in his return after being inactive the previous week.

There was a report that the Jets were interested in acquiring Broncos edge rusher Bradley Chubb. The price would be too costly — reportedly a first-round pick — and the Jets’ defensive line is a strength.

The offensive line is more of a need for this team, which has unexpectedly put itself in a playoff race. General manager Joe Douglas likely will try to swing a deal for a player who helps the Jets now, unlike past years, when they traded veterans for draft capital to build up their roster.

“Joe will always take phone calls,” Saleh said. “I know that. As far as activity, I guess it depends on what the other person is saying.”

Receiver Denzel Mims requested a trade in September. He could be dealt if Douglas gets something of value in return, but Mims has played the past two games and had some good moments. He delivered a key block that sprung Breece Hall for a TD against Denver and had two catches for 76 yards on Sunday.

Missed tackle

Safety Jordan Whitehead was kicking himself for not wrapping up Patriots back Rhamondre Stevenson on his 35-yard run on the first play of the second half. New England’s only touchdown came five plays later. “We kind of gave them some life,” Whitehead said. “I take that personal. That’s something I could clean up and fix easily.”

Injury updates

Corey Davis, who didn’t play Sunday because of a knee injury, remains day-to-day. He will be reevaluated Wednesday .  .  . Rookie defensive end Jermaine Johnson (ankle) could return this week after missing the last two games .  .  . Saleh said offensive tackles George Fant and Max Mitchell won’t come off IR until after the Week 10 bye.
