The Jets win, 29-20. It's the fourth win in a row for the Jets (4-1). The Vikings drop to 1-3. The Jets are at Denver next week, while the Vikings take on the Cowboys. Good night everyone.

FOURTH QUARTER: Jets 29, Vikings 20
The Vikings seem to be wearing down the Jets defense. Peterson started the first drive of the fourth gaining 40 yards on two carries. After a couple plays and an offensive pass interference on Moss, Favre found Harvin for a 34-yard touchdown pass. The Vikings failed on their 2-point conversion.. Drive note: 5 plays, 65 yards, 3:02. Jets lead 15-13.
The Jets offense managed to move the ball a little and gained a first down, but the Vikes defense answered the call and forced a punt after six plays. The Jets defense returned the favor on the Vikings next drive, however, forcing a punt after six plays and setting themselves up with a 1st-and-10 on their own 34 with 7:06 left.
The Jets offense came alive at the right time. It started with Sanchez hitting Edwards on a 16-yard pass. Tomlinson followed with a 16-yard scamper three plays later. Greene capped the drive with a 23-yard scoring run. Drive note: 6 plays, 66 yards, 2:36. Jets lead 22-13.
It’s become a shootout now. As Favre connected with Harvin for an 11-yard TD play. You can call it a wrap now. After two incomplete passes, Favre tosses a pick six to Dwight Lowery, who returned it 26 yards. Jets lead 29-20.
END OF THIRD QUARTER: Jets 15, Vikings 7
The Jets went three-and-out on their first drive of the second half. But the Vikings gave it back as Favre fumbled a handoff with Adrian Peterson. Darrelle Revis recovered it and ran it back to the Vikings 46.
The Jets went to a steady dose of running as Greene and Tomlinson carried six times each. But the Jets failed to capitalize as Sanchez’ pass to Keller, on a 3rd-and-3 from the 16, was dropped. The key play was an 11-yard carry by Greene that set the Jets up with a 1st-and-10 on the Vikes’ 35. Nick Folk connected on a 34-yard field goal. Drive note: 8 plays, 30 yards, 3:55. Jets lead 12-0.
The Vikings went three-and-out on the ensuing possession. The Jets returned the favor with a three-and-out.
The Vikings are starting to make the Jets pay for the field goals as Favre hit Moss for a 37-yard TD pass. The key play was a 16-yard pass to moss on 3rd-and-10 and a 22-yard strike to Harvin on a 3rd-and-12. Drive note: 10 plays, 72 yards, 4:01. Jets lead, 12-7.
The Jets weren’t fazed by the big play as Brad Smith returned the ensuing kickoff 86 yards. The Jets were set up with a 1st-and-10 on the Vikes 19, but couldn’t capitalize, gaining just six yards on three plays. Nick Folk hit a 31-yard field goal. Jets lead 15-7.

We had a Santonio Holmes sighting for the first time as Sanchez hit the former Steeler on an 11-yard slant for a first down. But the Jets failed to gain any momentum and punted three plays later.
Vikings first drive: It was another fast three-and-out for the Vikings.
Jets second drive: Tomlinson had a nice gain on first down called back due to a holding penalty on Tony Richardson. The Jets punted shortly after that.
Vikings second drive: Another three-and out for the Vikings. The Vikings are 0-5 on third downs.
Jets scoring drive: The suddenly pass-happy Jets got it going through the air for a while as Sanchez connected with Edwards for 11 yards and Holmes for 19 yards. But Holmes dropped a pass that would’ve been a first down. Nick Folk picked up his teammates, however, as he connected on a 53-yard field goal. Drive note: 7 plays, 33 yards, 2:30. Jets lead 6-0.
The Jets defense came up big on the Vikings ensuing drive as Bart Scott recovered a Favre fumble. The Jets capitalized on the play as Sanchez found four different receivers on a 47-yard scoring drive. Sanchez found Cotchery for 14 yards on a 3rd-and-12 from the 38 and hit Edwards for 12 yards two plays later. Tomlinson had an 11-yard catch, setting up the Jets with a 1st-and-goal from the 3. After starting off on their own 40 due to the Jets kicking the ball out of bounds, the Vikings didn’t waste any time trying to make a splash as they started the game with a little trickery. Brett Favre tossed the ball to Percy Harvin who then handed to Randy Moss on an end-around. Moss than threw a pass to Favre. But the Vikings were flagged for having an illegal man –Favre- downfield. That was the first of three penalties on the Vikings first drive. They were forced to punt.
The Jets first drive started positively with a 31-yard catch by Braylon Edwards, but stalled over the next two plays.
The Vikings were forced to punt on their next drive after just four plays. Favre went deep to Moss on the Vikes' second play, but Cromartie had him defended.
