CLEVELAND — The Jets have activated right tackle Breno Giacomini off the physically unable to perform list.
Giacomini spent the previous seven games on the reserve/PUP list because of a back injury. But his addition to the 53-man roster is a sign he could be active for Sunday’s game against the Browns.
To make room on the roster, the Jets waived receiver Jeremy Butler.
