A day after Dee Milliner was limited in practice due to a hamstring injury, the Jets rookie cornerback was nowhere to be found Thursday – at least during the 20-minute portion allotted to the media.

Milliner injured his hammy in practice Wednesday, according to Rex Ryan, and it’s unclear whether he’ll be ready for Sunday’s game in Tennessee. The rookie, who was unable to participate in rookie minicamp and OTAs due to offseason shoulder surgery, has struggled to stay on the field consistently because of his play. Against the Patriots in Week 2, he was benched in favor of Kyle Wilson. Milliner also didn’t start in last week’s win over the Bills (though he did see make an appearance early in the game).

TOUR DE FLORHAM: RB Chris Ivory started off on the field, stretching with his teammates at the start of practice. But when the Jets broke for position drills, Ivory jogged over to the stationary bikes. Ivory – who joined OL Oday Aboushi (knee) and NT Kenrick Ellis (back) -- pedaled for about 10 minutes. Then, he did some individual work with head strength and conditioning coach Justus Galac.

WR Clyde Gates (knee) took part in special teams drills (alternating returns with Kyle Wilson) before heading over to the rehab area. Gates worked individually with Galac, as well. Santonio Holmes -- who sat out Wednesday’s practice as part of his regular routine -- also was on the stationary bike as well. But as the media walked off the field, he and Gates joined team drills.

RICHARDSON BACK: As expected, rookie DT Sheldon Richardson was back on the practice field after missing Wednesday’s practice due to a lingering shoulder injury. Richardson told Newsday that he has “a really bad” contusion. Nevertheless, he’s expected to face the Titans.
