Muhammad Wilkerson (concussion) still has one more test to pass, but Rex Ryan nevertheless thinks his star defensive lineman will be medically cleared in time to play Sunday in Buffalo.

Wilkerson, who had five tackles and one sack in last week’s loss to the Chargers, did not practice on Wednesday and is not expected to practice today. Cornerback Ellis Lankster also suffered a concussion in the game and has not practiced yet this week either.

Still, Ryan said, “I’m hopeful they'll both be able to play."
