Mark Sanchez Tuesday reiterated what Rex Ryan said a day earlier: He's perfectly fine.

The third-year Jets quarterback, who seemed to be a bit dazed after Sunday's 27-24 win over the Cowboys, told ESPN 1050s "The Michael Kay Show'' that he underwent some tests after the game and everything was all right.

"I feel good and did some balance tests and stuff like that,'' said Sanchez, who was sacked four times and was hit on six other occasions. "They checked my baseline tests and then compared it to my balance tests and everything now . . . I feel good and I'm ready to go.''

When asked if he thinks he had a concussion, Sanchez said the Jets simply were taking a prudent approach.

"I just think they were being really cautious, and they tend to do that, with all of our players,'' Sanchez said. "They wanted to make sure that we're ready to go and that we're obviously not at a health risk.''
