Rex Ryan confirmed Stephen Hill suffered a concussion in Sunday's loss to the Titans.
The second-year receiver -- who was injured on the second play of the game -- is currently undergoing the league-mandated concussion protocol.
It's too soon to tell if Hill will be medically cleared in time for the Jets Monday Night game in Atlanta.
On Smith’s first pass attempt of the game, he threw late to Hill, who was hit square in the helmet by Titans safety Michael Griffin.
Veteran wideout Santonio Holmes also was forced to leave the game with a hamstring injury, but Ryan had no update on his current condition. The Jets coach likely will shed more light on Holmes' injury -- as well as Dee Milliner and Chris Ivory's hamstring injuries -- on Wednesday.
