Looks like www.cubbytees.com is up and running again.

The site appeared to be shut down a month after receiving a "cease and desist" letter from Tebow's representation. But it turns out, the T-shirt company isn't scared of the Jets backup quarterback.

In an email to the Associated Press, Kevin Doolan of CubbyTees.com said his company  will not comply with Tebow's demands.

"We are artists and have no desire to trespass on anyone's legitimate intellectual property rights, but we also will not roll over and sacrifice ours," Cubby Tees said in its statement.

TMZ obtained a copy of the cease and desist letter sent by Tim Tebow’s lawyers threatening legal action against a T-shirt company for its improper use of Tebow’s image.

Through its web site, “Cubby Tees” sold T-shirts with the phrase “MY Jesus” in the same font as the Jets’ logo – though Tebow’s image and name were not used.

Interestingly enough, the web site is “temporarily unavailable” all of a sudden. But, you can check out the T-shirts here, if you like.
