FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- Terrelle Pryor's tour of the AFC East will continue.

The quarterback-turned-wide receiver will work out with the Jets next week, a source told Newsday.

Pryor, who was released last week from the Browns, worked out for the Patriots on Monday, NFL.com reported.

Despite having physical and athletic gifts, the 6-5, 232-pound Pryor has yet to stick on an NFL roster. Selected by the Raiders in the third round of the 2011 supplemental draft, he started nine games at quarterback in 2013. Since then, Pryor has spent time with the Seahawks, Chiefs, Bengals and Browns.

But as of now, he appears to be focused on playing wide receiver, not quarterback.
