Another day of grinding as RT Damien Woody says.
Morning session started at 8:50 a.m. and the second practice is slated for 4:20 p.m. Quick bit of news so far is C Nick Mangold isn't practicing this morning.
Remember, he got hit in the temple by DT Sione Pouha in Wednesday's morning session.
