Who would steal the Jets' playbook?

Jets backup cornerback Josh Thomas tweeted Monday that his playbook and passport were stolen.
According to a team spokesman, Thomas' iPad, which contained the playbook, and his passport were among several items taken. The incident occurred in New Jersey, but not at the Jets' facility. The good news is that the Jets were able to wipe the data from the iPad remotely.
Coincidentally, the Jets' next opponent is the Patriots. In the offseason, former Jets defensive coordinator and current Browns coach Mike Pettine made headlines when he told MMQB.com that Pats coach Bill Belichick had gotten copies of the Jets' playbook in the past.
Benching helped
Geno Smith said his time on the sideline gave him an opportunity to "re-evaluate the way I was going about things, my mind-set" and also gave him a chance to watch and learn from Michael Vick.
"It gives you just an extra added little bit of fuel to the fire when you're not able to play and you've been playing for so long," said Smith, who was 16-for-28 passing for 179 yards in Sunday's 16-11 win over the Titans. "It makes you really cherish every single moment out there with your teammates."
"I just think it sparked him a little bit," tackle Breno Giacomini said. "I think it has helped us all out. I like Geno as a quarterback. I like him as my quarterback. I will do everything I can to make him look good."
Mo a go?
Rex Ryan isn't sure about Muhammad Wilkerson (turf toe) for Sunday, but "if there's any chance," he said, "he'll play . . . We certainly need him."
