Grady Sizemore out for the season
The Indians announced that Grady Sizmore will miss the rest of the season. The outfielder underwent microfracture surgery today on his left knee. The recovery time is estimated to be 6-to-9 months. Trevor Crowe has been getting the playing time in centerfield in his absence, but look for outfielder Michael Brantley to be called up at some point. He's a good source of speed.
