Oscar Ramirez's goal, three assists lead Patchogue-Medford
Jonathan Zelaya scored off a feed from Oscar Ramirez with four minutes left as Patchogue-Medford edged Floyd, 4-3, Saturday in Suffolk League I boys soccer. Ramirez had a goal and three assists, while Zachary Clerge and David Napoli each scored once for Patchogue-Medford (3-2).
Bayport-Blue Point 1, Shoreham Wading River 0: Nicole Copping scored off a through ball from Kaitlyn Leahy in the 14th minute to lead BBP (3-0-1) in League VII. Defenders Sam Swanson and Alex Wertz helped preserve the win and Erica Friel recorded five saves for BBP.Malverne/East Rockaway 2, Lawrence 1: Karina Alvarado scored from 15 yards with 2:14 left to give Malverne/East Rockaway (5-1) the win in Nassau Conference A-IV.
