Eli Alvarez rushed for 149 yards and four touchdowns on 13 carries Saturday to lead St. John the Baptist over Mount St. Michael, 55-26, in the CHSFL-AA.

St. John the Baptist (6-2) scored 21 points in the first quarter and led 28-20 at halftime. Kevin Pilewski was 14-of-20 passing for 219 yards and three touchdowns, two of which were to Jayson Zeva. Zeva had seven catches and 131 yards. Ethan Smith added 57 rushing yards and a touchdown on six carries, and DJ Lisbon caught one touchdown on four catches and 69 yards.

St. Anthony’s 44, Christ the King 12: Darius Morant ran for 107 yards and two touchdowns on 21 carries to lead St. Anthony’s (6-1) in the CHSFL-AAA. Frank Ruta added 82 yards and two touchdowns on four carries. Dante Torres threw completed 11 of 21 passes for 214 yards and two touchdowns, one to Ian Strong for 62 yards and another to Timmy Londo for 22 yards. Griffen Goldstein finished 3-for-3 on extra points and forced a safety on a tackle for loss.

Long Island Lutheran 48, St. Dominic 7: Anthony Valdez rushed for 122 yards and three touchdowns to lead Long Island Lutheran (6-1) in non-league. Valdez opened the scoring with a 14-yard run in the first quarter and added a 25-yard rushing score later in the quarter. Michael Jordan had 208 passing yards and two TDs.

T.J. Bacon had 85 receiving yards and caught a 41-yard touchdown.

LuHi will host a playoff game next week in the first round of the Metropolitan Independent Football League playoffs.
