Ryan Fredericks had 326 total yards and three touchdowns in three different ways as Lawrence cruised to a 33-6 win over visiting Sewanhaka in a Nassau Conference III football game Saturday.

Fredericks took the opening kickoff 90 yards for a touchdown and added a 45-yard TD reception and a 47-yard scoring run in the second and third quarters, respectively, to help give Lawrence (7-1) a 33-0 lead. Fredericks finished with 163 yards rushing, 48 yards receiving and he had an interception return of 25 yards.

Joe Capobianco completed 4 of 6 passes for 123 yards and three touchdowns, including a 65-yard score to Tyler Fredericks in the first quarter that gave the Tornadoes a 12-0 lead. Matt Leone had eight tackles and one sack and Kenny Perez had eight tackles and two forced fumbles in the win. Sewanhaka is 2-6.

Division 43, Roslyn 6: Senior Jon Muller had career highs of 214 yards rushing and four touchdowns on 18 carries to lead Division (6-2) in Nassau III. Dylan Cardno threw for 47 yards, including a 34-yard TD pass to Jake Smithwick that gave Division a 24-0 lead.

Joe Vanasco added 38 yards on six carries and Ryan Reilly ran for 37 yards on four rushes. Peter Greene led the Division defense with eight tackles. Roslyn is 0-8.

Bethpage 35, Lynbrook 0: Paul Bitetti had 108 yards and two touchdowns on 14 carries as Bethpage (8-0) completed its first undefeated regular season since 2003. Bitetti's longest touchdown was a 21-yard run in the second quarter that gave the Golden Eagles a 28-0 lead at the half. Ten different rushers helped Bethpage run for 284 rushing and five touchdowns. Joe Sacklow had seven tackles, one sack and a fumble recovery for the Golden Eagles.

Manhasset 8, GN North 0: Steve Fratello scored on a 5-yard run late in the third quarter and Kevin Overlander ran in the two-point conversion to lead Manhasset (5-3) in Nassau III. Fratello's run was set up by a blocked punt by Chris Howell. Overlander helped seal the win for the Indians with a 12-yard run on fourth-and-11 with 1:50 to go. Great Neck North is 1-7.

Floral Park 22, South Side 0: Ronnell Jones had 173 yards and two touchdowns on 19 carries and two two-point conversions to lead Floral Park (4-4) in Nassau III. Jones opened the scoring on Floral Park's second play from scrimmage with a 76-yard touchdown run. Kevin Jakinovich scored on a 14-yard pass from Alex Cerrone in the second quarter to give the Knights a 16-0 lead. Matt O'Brien added seven rushes for 57 yards and eight tackles, including four for a loss. South Side is 2-6.
