Johnnie Akins | Roosevelt
The senior halfback rushed for 264 yards and four touchdowns in the first half of a 49-0 win over Valley Stream North.
Erik Adon | East Islip
Senior halfback scored on a 15-yard run in overtime in a 22-16 upset win over Smithtown West. He rushed for 164 yards on 24 carries.
Bryan Sinclair | St. John the Baptist
He rushed for 108 yards on five carries and scored three touchdowns in a 51-14 win over Xaverian. He also added two punt returns for scores from 62 and 65 yards.
Chris Faison | Floyd
The senior halfback threw a 73-yard option pass to set up a 1-yard TD run and rumbled for a 79-yard third-quarter score in a 28-14 win over previously unbeaten Commack.
Troy Greene | Huntington
The senior halfback/linebacker had 14 solo tackles in a 41-12 win over Bellport. He also had 105 yards and two 1-yard scoring runs.
Patrick Bizzarro | Seaford
He rushed for 86 yards on 22 carries and scored the game's only touchdown in the fourth quarter of a 10-0 win over West Hempstead.
Kevin Bragaglia | Sachem North
He caught a 26-yard touchdown pass and stopped Connetquot with an end-zone interception late in the second quarter of a 14-13 win over the T-Birds.
John Gullo | Plainedge
He had five catches for 66 yards, including a 20-yard touchdown in a 41-16 win over Floral Park. He also had two interceptions.
Matt Selts | Sayville
He rushed for 215 yards and four touchdowns in a 35-27 win over previously unbeaten Miller Place.
Offensive line | East Islip
Center Sean Sconone, guards Pete Peluso and Bob Heyward, tackles Jon Wilson and Connor McDaniel earned the line of the week after a 22-16 OT win over Smithtown West.
