Ronnell Jones scored on a 35-yard run with four minutes left to lead Floral Park to a 7-0 victory over Lynbrook (3-1) Saturday in Nassau III.

Alex Cerrone connected with Mike Nolan for a 35-yard completion to set up Jones' run. Jones finished with 34 carries for 160 yards.

Matt O'Brien and Chris Lyons each had 12 tackles, including a combined tackle early in the fourth quarter to stop Lynbrook on fourth-and-goal at the 5-yard line.

The defense for Floral Park (3-1) stopped Lynbrook four times on fourth down during the game, three of which were inside the Floral Park 10-yard line.Great Neck North 15, Roslyn 6: Junior Justin Sedaghat had 20 carries for a career-high 183 yards and a touchdown to lead Great Neck North (1-3).

David Nadri had eight carries for 60 yards and a touchdown and Joe Nassi had three receptions for 56 yards. Darren Zelouf had 11 tackles and a sack and Eitan Omessi had eight tackles.Hewlett 27. Sewanhaka 14:Hewlett running back Sam Martorella had seven carries for 75 rushing yards and also had 80 return yards with two total touchdowns to lead the offense.

Jared Brent led the defense with eight solo tackles and two sacks. Jeremy Leguillo had two interceptions and Matt Miller had another.

Hewlett took a 20-0 in the third quarter. Sewanhaka (1-3) drew to within 20-14 in the fourth, but Dylan Sasson returned an interception 48 yards for a touchdown for Hewlett (3-1) with less than two minutes remaining to put the game out of reach.

Division 24, South Side 7:Joey Vanasco's three-yard TD run with three minutes left in the second quarter gave Division (3-1) a 17-0 lead.

Vanasco finished with 191 yards and two touchdowns on 25 carries.

Dylan Cardno completed 7 of 10 passes for 88 yards and a touchdown and Jake Smithwick had a 46-yard touchdown reception.

Petey Greene made 13 tackles, outside linebacker Jake Gaspari had nine tackles and Justin Wiertz and Jon Maldonado each had an interception for the Blue Dragons.

Manhasset 21, Valley Stream 6:Bobby Duvnjak recovered a fumble in the end zone for a touchdown to give Manhasset (2-2) a 14-0 second-quarter lead.

Kevin Overlander went 8-of-11 for 116 yards and a touchdown and had a 7-yard touchdown run late in the second quarter that gave Manhasset a 21-0 halftime lead.

Nick Zenobio had 10 solo tackles and a fumble recovery, and Chris Howell added five tackles and a sack for Manhasset. Harrison Felman had five tackles. Valley Stream South is 1-3.
