He scored all three touchdowns, including an 84-yard punt return for the winning score as the Blue Waves beat East Islip, 20-14, for the Suffolk II title.
Dan Reiskin | Lawrence
The senior kicked a 27-yard field goal on the game's final play to rally Lawrence to a 28-27 victory over Plainedge in the Nassau III championship game. It was the first field-goal attempt of his career.
Zach Kolodny | Farmingdale
The junior booted a 32-yard field goal on the game's final play to give the Dalers a 29-26 victory over Massapequa in the Nassau I championship game.
Ray Catapano | Carey
The senior quarterback completed 13 of 23 passes for 142 yards, including the game-winning TD pass to Dylan DeMeo with 5:15 left in the Seahawks' 20-16 Nassau II victory over Garden City.
Justin Terry | Roosevelt
The junior quarterback completed both of his passes for 46 yards, including a 36-yard TD pass to Denzel Barnes in the third quarter for the Rough Riders' only points in a 6-3 Nassau IV victory over Seaford.
Nick Santorelli | Babylon
The quarterback completed eight of 14 passes for 136 yards and two touchdowns in a 46-21 win over Glenn to claim the Suffolk IV title. He also scored on a 25-yard run.
Offensive line | St. Anthony's
The Friars amassed 485 yards offense, including 343 rushing in a 35-0 win over Chaminade to capture the CHSFL championship. Center Steven Fletcher, guards James Leddy, Tom Dennis, Stephen Smaldone and tackles Ryan Shortell, Sal Gamba paved the way to victory.
