Kevin Hehir caught five passes for 121 yards, including the game-winning 32-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Ryan Connolly with seven minutes remaining in Floral Park’s 12-7 win over Roosevelt in Nassau Conference III on Saturday. After a scoreless first half, Arnez Garrell returned an interception 45 yards for a touchdown for Roosevelt. Chase McLoughlin answered with a nine-yard rushing touchdown as Floral Park trailed 7-6 heading into the fourth quarter after a missed extra point. Ben Meighan recorded an interception late in the fourth quarter to end Roosevelt’s potential game-winning drive. JC Henriquez and Jalen Arthur each had seven tackles and three sacks for Floral Park (3-4).

Manhasset 39, Valley Stream North 7: Eddie Farkouh rushed for 160 yards and a touchdown on 11 carries for Manhasset (5-2). Atif Heathington rushed for 130 yards and two touchdowns on five carries. Heathington’s 38-yard touchdown run in the second quarter gave Manhasset a 19-0 lead and his 20-yard score later in the quarter pushed the lead to 26-0. James Lapina rushed for 73 yards and a touchdown on three carries. Manhasset rushed for more than 450 yards. Chase Woodson and Cole Purcell combined for 13 tackles and each had a sack.

Lynbrook 33, Division 6: Matthew Fagen scored two rushing touchdowns in the third quarter to lead Lynbrook (4-3). Fagen finished with 192 yards on 14 carries, while completing 3-of-5 passes for 36 yards and a touchdown. Jalan Chambers and Daniel Barroso each added a rushing touchdown. Tyler Denker made 12 tackles and Frank Sirufo made nine tackles. Craig Leszcak had an interception.

Hewlett 21, Glen Cove 12: John Cusumano rushed for 112 yards on 21 carries and a touchdown and was 4-for-5 passing for 74 yards and two touchdowns to lead Hewlett (1-6). Hewlett scored 21 unanswered points in the second half and Cusumano’s fourth quarter touchdown sealed the win with three minutes left. Ian Fleurant added three receptions for 67 yards and a touchdown. Ariel Waldman made 11 tackles and an interception.

Bethpage 34, Carey 21: Will McMullen rushed for 216 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries to lead Bethpage (5-2). Joseph Miranda had a rushing touchdown and a sack. Anthony Falabella and Ryan Dupre each had an interception. Michael Lazaridis had two sacks.
