PSAL football roundup for Week 7

Kasiem Cromwell rushed for a 32-yard touchdown and ran in the go-ahead two-point conversion with 30 seconds left to lead Port Richmond to a 24-23 win in PSAL 4A Saturday. Cromwell had three rushing touchdowns and an interception on the final play of the game. AJ Zimmerman had an interception and a pair of two-point conversions for Port Richmond (4-2). Ezra Josse had five catches for 94 yards and a touchdown and Caleb Fisher had 69 yards receiving and a touchdown for Brooklyn Tech (2-4)

Tottenville 27, Eagle Academy II 6: Justin McGuire threw two touchdown passes and ran for another TD to lead Tottenville (6-0). Nicolas Constantino had three catches for 73 yards and a score. Vincent Geller had three receptions for 58 yards and a TD. Tyshawn Bent ran for 141 yards and a score. Zy'eare Schulters had a 4-yard rushing touchdown for Eagle Academy II (4-2).

JFK 48, Wagner 40: Derik Betances had 15 carries for 157 yards and a touchdown to lead JFK (2-4). Jeremiah Senat completed 7 of 8 passes for 169 yards and two scores. Amadou Samake had136 yards of total offense and a TD, along with three tackles and a sack. Jasiayah Beauford had four catches for 59 yards and two scores. Hamidou Ferseru had six carries for 85 yards and two TDs. Toa Spencer had 209 yards passing and a touchdown for Wagner (2-4). He ran for 66 yards and a score. Sandro Patella had seven catches for 134 yards. Ian Bennett had six tackles and an interception.

South Shore 50, Fort Hamilton 20: George Adams threw five touchdown passes to lead South Shore (5-1). Tymir Lewis had two touchdown receptions. Adrian Antoine had one rushing touchdown and a receiving touchdown and Shaliek Williams added a rushing touchdown. Fort Hamilton falls to 1-5.

Lincoln 46, New Dorp 0: Mekhi Negron had five touches for 105 yards and three touchdowns to lead Lincoln (4-2). Christian Borhi threw for 183 yards and three touchdowns. Labron Hicks had six tackles and a 45-yard touchdown reception. Crishawn Pilgrim had five tackles, including two for loss. New Dorp falls to 1-5.

DeWitt Clinton 30, Canarsie 0: Neamiah Berrios has two rushing touchdowns and a kickoff return for a touchdown to lead DeWitt Clinton (1-5). Jay'Vierre Richardson added a rushing touchdown. Canarsie falls to 0-6.

McKee/Staten Island Tech 40, Franklin K. Lane 14: Sinkay Thomas ran for 122 yards and two touchdowns to lead McKee/Staten Island Tech (4-2). David Knight threw for 183 yards and two TDs. Ray Guerrero had three catches for 120 yards and two scores and had a 35-yard TD run. Ryan Chen had an interception. Dwayne Roberts connected with Davonte Francis for a 61-yard TD for Franklin K. Lane (2-4)

A. Phillip Randolph 24, New Utrecht 0: Ahmed Toure had two rushing touchdowns to lead A. Phillip Randolph (6-0). Zahaire Jones had a 60-yard TD reception from Emanuel Opoku. Justin Marin recorded three sacks. New Utrecht falls to 2-4.

William C. Bryant 36, Flushing 24: Mahdi Kobeissi rushed for 174 yards and two touchdowns on 21 carries to lead William C. Bryant (5-1). Lorenzo Lopez caught two passes for 28 yards and a TD. Raquan Daniels rushed for 97 yards and two scores on nine carries. Flushing falls to 1-5.

Petrides 28, A-Tech 6: David Lee completed 10 of 12 passing attempts for 128 yards and two TDs, adding three rushes for 22 yards and a TD for Petrides (6-0). Josh Okwuabueze ran 12 times for 80 yards and opened the scoring with a 5-yard TD. Aiden Gonzalez caught three passes for 57 yards and two TDs. He also blocked a punt. Jamel Kamara made five tackles, with one for a loss. Darien Niles had five tackles. Elias Hardt and Mike Giordano both had an INT. Justin Angel Rivera threw a touchdown to Tashaffe Peloy for A-Tech (3-3).

Grady 30, Thomas Jefferson 0: Brandon Dejoie had 12 carries for 147 yards and a touchdown and made five tackles for Grady (6-1). Brian de Campos Cohen threw a 4-yard TD to Anthony Zeh and a 3-yard TD to Dushawn Bailey. Cohen also converted three two-point attempts, including one rushing and two passing. Humza Djaba rushed for a TD and Alex Aquino-Guity and David Boateng each ran for a two-point conversion. David Pompey Jr. caught Akumani's touchdown pass. Bradley Barrios-Frias returned an interception 50 yards for a score. Alfred E. Smith is 2-4.

Adlai Stevenson 30, Long Island City 0: Jason Mejia rushed for a touchdown and a pair of two-point conversions to lead Adlai Stevenson (4-2).
