Sean Grimm returned a kickoff 94 yards for a touchdown to tie the score and Liam Young scored on a 10-yard touchdown run in the second quarter to cap a 94-yard drive and propel Manhasset to a 14-7 win Saturdayover South Side in Nassau III.

Manhasset (2-1) held South Side (2-1) to 57 yards of offense after their opening 60-yard scoring drive, capped by a 30-yard touchdown pass from Cole Considine to Ryan Crossan. Manhasset's Nick Zenobio had nine tackles and three assists.

North Shore 36, Sewanhaka 26: Kenneth Daley rushed for 198 yards and two scores on 21 carries to lead North Shore (1-2). Daley also made 12 tackles on defense. Tony Palmieri returned an interception 26 yards for the score with 1:41 left in the first half for North Shore. Sewanhaka is 0-3.Glen Cove 20, Lynbrook 12: Will Kassar and Anthony Famigletti connected for two touchdowns to lead Glen Cove (2-1), including a 10-yard TD pass in the fourth after Lynbrook cut the lead to 14-12. Kassar completed six of eight passes for 123 yards and capped a five-play, 74-yard opening drive with a 42-yard TD pass to Famigletti. Ryan Perkins had eight carries for 60 yards, including a 10-yard TD run to make it 14-6 in the second quarter. Hewlett 35, Carle Place 7: Zach Richman completed 10 of 13 passes for 219 yards and three touchdowns to lead Hewlett (3-0) over Carle Place (0-3) on Friday night. Richman found Kevin Fuchs (two receptions, 76 yards) for a 68-yard TD pass to take a 15-7 lead. Weldon Irvine added a 10-yard TD reception and Kevin Duhaney capped the scoring with a 41-TD catch. Logan Grossman made eight tackles.
