Sachem North 19, Sachem East 18: Shane Reilly caught a 45-yard touchdown from Anthony Vino with 2:38 remaining after an onside kick for the final points in Sachem North’s 19-18 win over Sachem East in Suffolk I.

Tyler Hall had a 12-yard touchdown run for North with 4:22 left to cut Sachem East’s lead to 18-13.

Cole Munster had nine tackles for Sachem North. Justin Westerlind scored on a 93-yard run in the fourth to give Sachem East a 18-7 lead.

Central Islip 12, Brentwood 7: Ryan Antwi scored on a one- yard run with 2:18 remaining to lead Central Islip (1-2).

Antwi also caught a 44-yard touchdown from Ethan Suchit in the third quarter to put Central Islip on the board.

Robben Volcy led the Musketeer defense with 11 tackles. Daniel Ventura scored on a three yard run for Brentwood’s touchdown.

Longwood 27, Whitman 0: Terrance Robinson rushed for 85 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries for Longwood (3-0). His 32-yard touchdown run in the third quarter gave Longwood a 13-0 lead. Nnmadi Nwanyanwu ran 28 yards for a touchdown later in the third to extend the lead to 19-0.

Floyd 34, Patchogue-Medford 6: Dylan Harris rushed 17 times for 120 yards and a touchdown in Suffolk I. Harris also caught a 53-yard touchdown pass from LaDuke Harris and added six tackles for Floyd (3-0). LaDuke Harris rushed for 26 yards on three carries. Justin Marcia-Joachim caught a 12-yard touchdown pass from Kieran Hughes in the fourth quarter for Patchogue-Medford (1-2).

Ward Melville 41, Commack 21: Nick Gaffney rushed for 153 yards and two touchdowns on 26 carries and Andrew Belli completed 19 of 28 passes for 325 yards and four touchdowns for Ward Melville (2-1).

Lorenzo Velez caught six passes for 152 yards and two touchdowns and Brody Morgan had seven catches for 75 yards and had an interception in the fourth quarter.

Jeremy Weiss threw two touchdown passes in the second half for Commack (1-2).

Riverhead 20, Bay Shore 0: John Booker opened the scoring with a 70-yard kickoff return touchdown after halftime and Amari Funn rushed for 174 yards and two touchdowns. Andrew MacGray had a sack and a forced fumble.


Northport 28, North Babylon 27: Mason Hecht blocked the would-be tying extra point with 6:30 left in the fourth quarter as Northport held on to a 28-27 victory over North Babylon in Suffolk Division II football after Joel Lomax ran in a 47-yard touchdown for North Babylon.

Giancarlo Valenti ran in a 6-yard touchdown, his second score of the game, to give Northport a 28-21 lead in the fourth quarter. Owen Johansen had touchdown runs of 10 and 30 yards for Northport (2-1). Lomax had TD runs of 42 and 47 yards for North Babylon.

West Islip 28, West Babylon 17: Patrick Keenan rushed for 138 yards on 17 carries with four touchdowns, including a 40-yard score in the fourth quarter for the game’s final touchdown for West Islip (3-0).

Chris Piropato added 76 yards on five carries and Bobby Richardson and Danny Klein each had eight tackles. Rocco Carpinello had an interception and Jordan Fileti had a sack. West Islip outscored West Babylon, 21-0, in the second half.

Centereach 7, Smithtown East 6: Xavier Calixte scored a touchdown on a 27-yard fumble recovery with 11:16 left in the fourth quarter for Centereach (2-1). Ryan Rooney rushed for a 1-yard touchdown with less than a minute left in the game for Smithtown East, but the two-point conversion failed. Riddick Drab ran for 106 yards on 20 carries and LaRawn Robinson had nine tackles and a sack.

Lindenhurst 28, Huntington 7: Christian Capogna threw for 126 yards, two touchdowns and ran in one touchdown to lead Lindenhurst (3-0). Evan Cheica had a 35-yard touchown reception and went 4 of 4 on extra points. Chris Carson caught a 14-yard touchdown, had eight tackles and a sack. Mike Seeger finished with four tackles, three for loss, and a sack.

Newfield 41, Copiague 6: Kenny Petit-Frere rushed for 196 yards and three touchdowns on 11 carries to lead Newfield (2-1). David Spooner added a 106-yard interception return for a touchdown. JJ Deliat rushed for 44 yards and a touchdown. James Marra added 40 yards and a touchdown and had an interception.

Bellport 29, Connetquot 13: Donte Phillips scored two rushing touchdowns and ran in a two-point conversion for Bellport. Phillips had a 60-yard run in the third quarter to give Bellport a 21-6 lead. After Tyler McCarthy’s 14-yard touchdown pass to Tommy Malvagno gave Connetquot a 6-0 lead in the first quarter, Bellport scored 29 connective points. Jason Hunt returned a fumble 35 yards for a touchdown to tie the score at 6 for Bellport (2-1). Justin Miles added a 58-yard touchdown run in the win.


Deer Park 35, Eastport-South Manor 7: Hayden Lovinsky had four touchdowns as Deer Park defeated Eastport-South Manor, 35-7, in Suffolk League III football. He had two touchdowns on punt returns — one for 55 yards to open the scoring in the second quarter and he returned another punt 53 yards for a touchdown in the third quarter for Deer Park (1-2). He also had a 61-yard touchdown reception and a 65-yard rushing touchdown. Rachmani Pierre had 12 tackles and a sack.

Rocky Point 49, Wyandanch 6: Colton Feinberg ran for touchdowns of 1 and 10 yards for Rocky Point (2-1). His 10-yard run in the second quarter gave Rocky Point a 34-0 lead.

Joey Cecere ran for 90 yards, including a 20-yard touchdown, on six carries. Jeremy Graham rushed for 90 yards on three carries and A.J. Aschettino ran for 56 yards and a touchdown on three carries.

Westhampton 49, East Hampton 13: Nolan Michalowski rushed for 95 yards and three 1-yard touchdown runs on 12 carries for Westhampton (3-0). Broady Schaffer rushed for 98 yards on three carries, returned a kickoff 90 yards for a touchdown, had an interception and made four tackles. Kevin Smith caught three passes for 78 yards and two touchdowns and Noah Hebberd made five tackles.

East Islip 61, Amityville 32: Thomas Costarelli ran for 109 yards and two touchdowns and had a 66-yard touchdown pass for East Islip (2-1). Ryan Parker ran for two touchdowns and had a sack. Matt McIntee had a 35-yard touchdown run and an interception. Anthony Avitabile returned a kick 81 yards for a touchdown and a fumble 52 yards for a touchdown.

Sayville 42, Harborfields 7: Kyle Messina had 157 yards and three touchdowns on 12 carries in the first half to lead Sayville (3-0). Defensive linemen Joey Byrne, Jeremy Brett, Vincent Bonfanti, Tom Golio and Timari Jackson combined for 11 sacks and helped hold the Harborfields rushing attack to 21 yards. Dan Holahan added 116 yards and three touchdowns on 10 carries.

Half Hollow Hills West 21, Islip 0: Joseph Filardi threw for 257 yards and two touchdowns, ran for 83 yards and had 10 tackles to lead Half Hollow Hills West (2-1). Jalyn Jacques caught a 59-yard touchdown and ran for an 11-yard score and also had an interception. Jesse Brooks had 105 yards receiving and a touchdown on four catches. Teruno Hayman had 14 tackles and two of Half Hollow Hills West’s six sacks. Zachary Vasconcellos added two sacks.


Bayport-Blue Point 21, Miller Place 14: JJ Aiello scored all three Bayport-Blue Point touchdowns in the Phantoms’ 21-14 win over Miller Place in Suffolk IV.

He caught three passes for 132 yards and two touchdowns, including a 24-yard scoring pass from Brady Clark with 11:49 left in the game that gave the Phantoms a 19-7 lead.

Aiello opened the scoring with a 55-yard touchdown run and also kicked an extra point and ran for a two-point conversion.

Clark completed 4 of 11 passes for 142 yards and two touchdowns for Bayport-Blue Point (3-0).

Kings Park 49, Mt. Sinai 36: Kyle Weeks carried 17 times for 277 yards and three touchdowns. Weeks completed seven passes for 65 yards and a touchdown and a two-point conversion for Kings Park (3-0). Jack Bruetsch had two receptions for 38 yards, a touchdown, and a sack and Scott McConvile had 13 tackles. Mt. Sinai is 0-3.

Shoreham-Wading River 59, Port Jefferson 0: Liam Kershis rushed for three touchdowns, including a 25-yard score for a 24-0 lead in the second quarter for Shoreham-Wading River (2-1) in Suffolk IV.

Dylan Zahn had three touchdowns passes, a 14-yard pass to Daniel Greene, a 41-yard toss to Michael Casey and a 40-yard strike to Ryan Wilson.

Glenn 40, Greenport 0: KaRahn King rushed for 77 yards and two touchdowns on eight carries and Aiden Presti added 72 rushing yards on five attempts for Glenn (2-1) in Suffolk IV. Cameron Rossi had nine tackles, including three sacks, and two forced fumbles. Glenn scored all 40 of its points in the first half.

Babylon 27, Center Moriches 0: Aidan Winter ran for 157 yards and two touchdowns on 12 carries for Babylon (3-0). Winter also threw a 25 yard touchdown pass to Joe Hanson and made nine tackles. Hanson also had an interception and a sack. Babylon scored one touchdown in every quarter.
