Andreas Franco scored off a feed from Marvin Chinchilla three minutes into the first overtime to lift defending LI Class AA champion Brentwood to a 2-1 non-league win over West Islip in boys soccer Thursday.

Frank Guzman scored in the first half to put Brentwood up 1-0. West Islip's Danny Kyc scored unassisted in the second half to tie the score at 1. Commack 2, Miller Place 1: Michael Biondo scored twice, including the game-winner off a pass from Harrison Sussman 3:14 into overtime to lead Commack in non-league. Matt Ebel scored with 27:58 remaining in the second half to tie the score at 1 for Miller Place.Bayport-Blue Point 1, Pierson/Bridgehampton 0: Sophomore Matt White scored his first varsity goal with 4:30 left in the second half to lead Bayport-Blue Point in non-league.East Hampton 1, Center Moriches 0: Michael Tamay's header off of Caesar Correa's corner kick helped East Hampton win the finals of the BNB Cup. Brandon West had four saves for his second shutout.Northport 1, Sachem North 0: Tom DiGiglio scored from 25 yards on a pass from John Glancy in the 48th minute to lead Northport in League II. Jackson Sirica had four saves for his second. Carey 2, Roosevelt 1: Eric Melendez scored the equalizer in the 20th minute, and Elvis Aguiliz netted the winner with a minute left in the first half for Carey. Marvin Salmeron gave Roosevelt a 1-0 lead in the 10th minute on a penalty kick.

Hempstead 5, Sewanhaka 0: Freshman forward William Botty scored twice in the first six minutes for Hempstead in non-league. Kevin Chavez added a goal and an assist. Goalie Hector Aldana made five saves for Hempstead.Kellenberg 1, Holy Trinity 0: David Hobbs scored off a feed from Cameron Pugath in the second half for Kellenberg (CHSAA), fifteen minutes before the game was called due to lighting. Andrew Stephens had seven saves for Kellenberg.
