Suffolk Class AA final: West Islip vs. Smithtown West

West Islip defeated Smithtown West, 4-3, in penalty kicks after finishing in a 0-0 tie after two overtime periods and two golden goal periods in the Suffolk Class AA girls soccer final on Wednesday.
