Grace Bernardi, Massapequa, M, Sophomore

A defense-first midfielder, Bernardi is a force that's difficult to get past. She added a goal and three assists last season.

Amber Birchwell, Floyd, M, Senior

The Providence College commit is a dynamic playmaker who is extremely dangerous when the ball's at her feet. She had 15 goals and four assists last season after scoring a combined 25 goals her first two varsity seasons.

Hope Breslin, Massapequa, M, Senior

The Newsday and New York State Class A Player of the Year had 28 goals and 13 assists last season to lead Massapequa to its third straight state championship. She's committed to the University of Illinois.

Jackie Carty, East Islip, G, Senior

Jillian Colucci, Port Jefferson, F, Senior

The Class C New York State Player of the Year returns looking to lead Port Jefferson to back-to-back state championships. Colucci had 18 goals and 12 assists last season.

Sabrina Cristodero, St. Anthony’s, F, Senior

The University of Florida lacrosse commit is just as dangerous with a soccer ball. Her speed and athleticism creates nightmare 1-on-1 matchups as the Friars look for their third straight state title.

Alicia D’Aoust, Smithtown West, F, Junior

D'Aoust's breakaway speed resulted in eight goals and six assists last season after a 12-goal freshman season resulting in a county final appearance. She is committed to Rutgers.

Sarah Dibble, Sachem North, M, Senior

The Binghamton commit enters her fifth season on varsity after leading the team in assists and finishing second in goals last year.

Ally Diez, South Side, M, Senior

With three goals and eight assists last season, Diez uses her exceptional vision and playmaking ability to set up her teammates in the game's biggest moment. She's a returning first-team All-Long Island selection.

Lauren Downey, Hauppauge, F, Senior

Downey's speed separates her from most players in the county. Her ability to finish plays resulted in 16 goals and nine assists last season.

Yamilee Eveillard, Valley Stream North, F, Senior

Celina Falzarano, Roslyn, M, Junior

Catherine Gambino, Carle Place, M, Senior

Julia Hannon, Massapequa, M, Sophomore

Megan Raftery, Ward Melville, D, Senior

The West Point lacrosse commit is one of the toughest defenders in Suffolk. The athletic defender is one of the unquestioned leaders for the Patriots.

Stephanie Rapp, Northport, D, Senior

The League II MVP anchored a defense at center back that didn't allow a goal all season. Northport lost in the Suffolk II semifinals on penalty kicks.

Caroline Rosales, Harborfields, M, Senior

Rachel Rosen, Port Washington, M, Senior

Alexis Saladino, Newfield, G, Junior

Ranking among the save leaders in Suffolk, Saladino has taken over as captain and will be the key component if Newfield makes its first playoff appearance in more than 10 years.

Danielle Sclafani, Commack, M, Senior

The UMass-Amherst commit has excellent field vision and gets the offense started at midfield as one of the leaders of a team that went undefeated in the regular season.

Nicole Scudero, Hauppauge, M, Junior

Megan Seel, Garden City, D, Senior

With terrific speed, Seel is an imposing defensive threat with the ability to cover the whole field. Her defensive prowess was key to Garden City's championship season.

Lauryn Shin, Syosset, M, Senior

Shin had seven goals and an assist before her season was cut short by a torn ACL.

Stephanie Sparkowski, East Meadow, G, Freshman

Lyndsey Sparks, Islip, F, Senior
