Brynn Iacovone struck out 14 and walked one batter in a no-hitter on 81 pitches to lead Whitman to a 2-0 win over Half Hollow Hills in Suffolk League I softball on Saturday.

Iacovone retired the first 19 hitters before walking Lucia DeGrotta of Half Hollow Hills (6-5) with one out in the top of the seventh. Leilani Servellon broke the scoreless tie in the bottom of the fourth with an RBI single for Whitman (10-2).

Oceanside 3, Wantagh 2: Karley Handleman went 2-for-4 and drove in Alexa Conte on a walk-off single with two outs in the seventh to lead Oceanside (11-3) in Nassau I. Conte doubled earlier in the inning. Caroline Ferchland struck out seven in a complete game. McKaela Genna added a triple and a run. Scarlett Bartilucci went 3-for-4 with an RBI for Wantagh (8-2).

BASEBALL

Commack 6, St. Anthony’s 5: Sam Kay went 3-for-4 and hit a go-ahead two-run triple in the top of the seventh to lead Commack (7-4) in non-league. Luke Krzemienski went 2-for-3 and Ryan Bush went 1-for-2 with a walk and an RBI. Dom Peluso hit a home run for St. Anthony’s (8-5).

BOYS LACROSSE

Syosset 10, West Islip 9: Cole Beekman scored the winning goal with 1:44 left in the first overtime period off an assist from Gio Accardo for Syosset (10-1) in non-league. Brody Waxer had three goals and an assist. Josh Weisenfeld made six saves, including a point-blank, man-down stop in overtime. Kyle Busking and Will Schwarz each scored three goals for West Islip (6-5).

Kellenberg 9, Pleasantville 8: Aidan Masse scored the golden goal with 1:02 left in overtime for Kellenberg (4-7) in non-league. Eoin Power scored the tying goal with 1:32 left in regulation. Masse and Power each had three goals. Alfonso Yevoli made 12 saves.

GIRLS LACROSSE

Northport 11, Wilton (Conn.) 10: Kaleigh Howard had four goals and two assists and scored the go-ahead goal with 17 seconds left for Northport (9-0) in non-league. Riley Cash added four goals and an assist and Ava DeMarco had a goal and three assists. Charlotte Cuneo made 10 saves.
