Caroline Mitek scored four goals, including the go-ahead score with 47.8 seconds remaining in Huntington’s 5-4 win over Sachem East in Suffolk League I field hockey Friday. She added an assist.

Shelby Meystrik had a goal and an assist as Huntington recovered from a 4-1 second-half deficit. Ava Bencivenga had two assists and Abigail Uvena made eight saves for Huntington (3-0). Madison Campo and Mikayla Marcel had a goal and an assist for Sachem East (2-1).

Ward Melville 5, Connetquot 0: Olivia Panasci and Lily Tamburo both had two goals for Ward Melville (3-0) in Suffolk I. Mayeda Latif made 14 saves for Connetquot (1-3).
