Nick Lobley scored 12 of his 19 points in the fourth quarter, including a key three-pointer in the final minute, to help undefeated Portledge earn a 70-68 win over Martin DePorres Monday in IPPSAL boys basketball.

Lobley's three gave Portledge (11-0) a 68-66 lead with 30 seconds left. Terence Simpson led Portledge with 33 points and 10 rebounds, and Zach Pilson added 11 points.

Lawrence Woodmere Academy 64, Evangel Christian 59: Rokas Lapsys had 26 points and 14 rebounds for Lawrence Woodmere (8-1 PSAA). Jake Lundenberg and Michael Licatesi each hit two three-pointers during a 19-13 fourth quarter as LWA overcame a 46-45 deficit after three quarters.

Solomon Schechter 75, Kew Forest 64: Jacob Katz had 24 points, and Max Solasz 14 points and eight assists for Solomon Schechter (7-6) in IPPSAL.GIRLS BASKETBALL

St. Dominic 3, St. Mary's 0: Taylor Lubrano bowled 178 in Game 2 of a 458 series, and Sabrina Gordek bowled 165 in the third game of a 451 series as first-year program St. Dominic (7-4) won, 787-697, 852-788, 759-710, in a CHSAA quarterfinal at Syosset Lanes. No. 3 St. Dominic plays No. 2 St. Anthony's in a semifinal Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Farmingdale Lanes. Kellenberg 3, Holy Trinity 0: Jennifer Proscia rolled a 211 in a 483 series to lead No. 4 Kellenberg (6-5) to a 792-768, 940-703, 806-746 CHSAA quarterfinal win at Garden City Lanes. Mary-Catherine Zehnder rolled 189 in Game 3 of a 559 series in the win. Kellenberg will face St. John the Baptist Tuesday in a semifinal.
